this is my 1937 lister d. it came from a farm near Newby Hall / Ripon north yorkshire. it has had a rebuild including a new set of rings, a magneto overhaul and a head gasket. i found traces of the blue paint during the rebuild and decided to repaint it the same colour.

flywheel shine

i just bought some cheap scouring pads from the supermarket, the green ones not the ones with the sponge on the back, ran the engine and put the scourer between the flywheel and the trolley then left it to do its work.
