its not seized, the valves are stuck open, i have got the mag, but need a fuel tank.

Thats No problems tanks you should pick up easy.
I have seen them on E-Bay.
Valves stuck open the good thing you can get penitrating oil round them and you will free them off easy Smile
Sad The bad thing the valves and seats will problly need cutting in ,or a couple off days grinding.
Its all worth it in the end

That looks a good restoration for the winter!!
