I find this is a good site for rallies they also do a good chip van guide

Have a read of his site I'm sure it will put a smile on your face, with comments such as ...Please do not pretend that your event has a chip van if it hasn't. Chip van fraud is a very serious crime and will be reported to a policeman with big boots.
