Equipment record form
Hi all,
Over the last year i have read a fair bit about peoples engines and stuff going missing.
Just lately there has been a spait of thefts from farm buildings. So i thought id make something up so that we can keep a record of our own bits and bobs.
Its self explanetry really, it can be used for engines or pumps or what ever. In the History section i thought it would be usefull to describe the equipment along with marks or dents that may be able to identify the equipment.
It may be usefull to add pictures with the marks etc.
Please feel free to copy the form and use at your pleasure.
