Hi Welcome to the forum.

You cant go wrong with a Lister D for your first engine. Parts are plentifull and theay are pretty easy to work on.

thanks for the reply , i am very new to this still looking for an engine that you can transport . but it looks like i will have to get a trailer and some more help to move it would like to have one that i could move on my own as the wife is not that interested any ideas on a make that is easy to move ?
