The use of Capital letters in posts

Hi all
Ive noticed lately some members are using a lot of capital letters in there post.
This is viewed as SHOUTING, and i will not tolarate it anymore.
If you wish to express something in a certain way can you please use the Italic button on the tool bar or use the smilies on the left hand side.
As from now i will be removing all post who have used capitals that i feel does not warrent the use of them.
Your coperation will be appreciated.
