how many coat should you use, and what is rough drying time cheers

2 coats
The first coat let dry for 24 hours
Then the second coat gets the bits you have missed plus its get smother.
I always leave a week before put top coat on

is there no way i can paint it before that, see im desprate to get this trailer ready, could i prime it all and still use it without the topcoat

THe reason I paint my stuff like this is
1 it go's hard
2 if you do a good job it should last a good 10 years or so , this means once you have finished with it a wipe over and you will sell it easy.
Top coat I leave for 3 weeks to realy haren off.
If I ever have to take anything off my engines eg breakdown I can take it apart with out any paint coming off.
Once back together you would not no its been apart.
If its worth doing do it right.

ryan you need to take your time with it
all joneseys engines that he paints look the dogs bo**ocks
