HI DAVE...
ive been using them for awhile now and have had no problems with them..
easy to register with them and if you place an order for collection by 7pm they collect following day.
if you do decide to use them go for the A4 labels and print then on your printer..
you put the bottom half of the copy in the parcel and the top half of the copy on the parcel.
the person comes on the said day and scans the bar code, you get a recipe for collection and thats it.
the other good thing is you can pay with pay pal,i find it so much easier..
i used to use the royal mail/post office,
but there far to expensive and if your selling on eBay, people wont pay the high price for postage.
so my Hermes are alot cheaper....
hope this has helped you and good luck..
regards..mike.

Nice one Mike, do you have to open an account of Parcel monkey? Do they just take small stuff? come on give the boys all the details looks as if you should have a sticky topic with a star rating for parcel shippers/couriers looks as if Parcel monkey could get 5 stars out of 5.
I've never sent with Hermes but received stuff from them and think there a bit slow but good value for money.

STU....
its very straight forward,go on the site..http://www.parcelmonkey.co.uk/.you can get a quote to see if it going to be cheap enough for you,if it is then regaster with them, all you need is an email address a set of scales(bathroom ones will do )and a printer.work out the weight and hight of the parcell, then the day you want it collected, pay them and then print of the 2 coppies.one goes on the parcell the other you get the city link driver to sign, date and time it and keep for you records, then sign the drivers paper work and away it goes.you will get a tracking number so you know when its been delivered, this way the customer cant say its not been delivered to them...its very easiy and i think well worth it..good luck with it...
regards..mike..
