Re: WORK HAS STARTED ON MY 1931 LISTER A
Well Mike, the next job after this is finished is to put my reverse drive Lister D on a base and rig it up with another domestic pump. Both items are finished so just the trolley to complete. Then after that I have a 1936 Petter A in my dads garage to complete, but gonna have a few weeks off from the garage first and may even do a bit more fishing to chill out.

Mart.

Some of you may be asking why I offset the brass straps on the wooden feet, well if I didnt I would have had the strap on the outlet of the tank. had no choice unfortunately but to offset them onto the dge.
Cheers

Right then, last of the fuel pipes are on and she will be ready for cranking up as soon as I get home from work tomorrow.
Oiled up all bearing inside crank case and lubricated everyting as per lister A book.
Shame it just got to late to crank her over tonight.
Just hope me fuel pipes are ok and no leaks.
These are the final pics now before I take the finished job ones at the rally on saturday.
regards
Mart.

I'm sure it will all be fine, your work is always first class so can see you having any problems. I was hoping mine would be finished for the weekend but poor weather has stopped me, also can't find some of the carb. parts so need to hunt them out
