Tried to get it going today, it will start and then stop, I think there is a little dirt in the tank so going to give it a clean and try it again

Hello
Going to repaint and rejig the cooling tank on the Stuart N.
Her she is at the start.
I have since got it apart and started to strip the old paint, and it seems curiosity killed he cat!
Will see if I decide to fill it in again before painting or not.

I have just come in from the workshop, J B Weld its called it's like putty . You cut a piece off the size you want and keep rolling it in your hands like plastercen it gets warm and sticky
, then fill the gap or what ever you want to do with it. Give it about 24 hours to go right off and then you can grind it ,drill it.
I will put in the post tommorow I owe you for the DVD you sent me

Re: stuart type N
No I picked up the 1st satin black metal paint I seen in B&Q, turned out to be that non-drip tar like stuff, like painting with double cream
Nice one, thanks very much, Il remember to take my video camera when I go out and about this year.
