Enston sale my £50 wolseley

i got this wd2 at enston for £50 got her home cleaned the sump out , fresh oil cleaned the points but fresh petrol it her and off she went running as sweet as a nut, well pleased. cheers ivan.

Chris...

you need to see my WD1....shes been sat in a field for 15years,seized solid and rusty as hell....

now its all turns over and fires...need a carb now then up and running....

That looks good for being out side so long I must try and get over i only live 6 miles down the road lol! lol! lol!

well done on getting that wolseley, if it runs like that , you've definately got a winner, because sometimes i've found even good ones can be temperamental.

Temperamental and Wolseley in the same sentence! WD's are a joy to own, mine was the mutts, start 1st flick, ran all day, smooth as anything and dead quite.
There my uncles fav engine, My grandad remembered going to the Royal Cornwall show and there was a WD running on top of a tight rope, at the Wolseley stand, they were that smooth.

From what I read around the forums more people have problems with D's, another engine that is built proof!
