the large fuel tank is quite unusual, i gather not many were sold, i have one myself, but its is the later type (and tank cooled), and is mounted as per the later normal sized tanks were fitted from (i think) spec 17 onwards.

What a wonderful engine the D is. Imagine the collection of engines the D would bring alone, if you had one of every type.

I have played with engines for a while and had a few, but I have never not had a D in my shed.

At the moment it is a 1933 shaftie I bought off the club stall at the very last Tatton Park.

Spec 10s are a rare and seldom seen bird. You have a nice collection of Ds, thanks for sharing.
