Magneto Help Lucas N1

Hello,

I have cleaned the points and contacts and got spark while on the bench,
whacked it on the engine and nothing, im a bit stumped, i dont think i can turn it over fast enough.

theres a nice bit of resistance from the magnets, the only think i can think is the earth?

what can i try next?
