Yes I do
This engine left Ruston Hornsby’s London Road works in September 1925. The engine was bought by Buchanan & Curwen, of Victoria Street, London for £60. The firm of electrical contractors was formed in 1895 and still survives today. The engine was sent to one of its regional office’s in Leatherhead Surrey to work as a generator in a local country house. The engine later returned to the Grantham works and was replaced by a 8hp model. It was overhauled by Ruston Hornsby and is shown in the company ledger as being re-sold in 1926 to un-recorded customer. In preservation since 1972, this engine has been completely re-built to factory condition.
