Oil for Norman T600

I wanted to know what oil to use for my Norman and how many pints??

Clean oil is best, don't go using that second hand black stuff!

Not sure, my filler caps got a dip stick so i just keep filling.

About 14, then I fall over cheers . As for the oil, fill to mark on dipstick
